Love this place! Great food, many choices! I’d like to add that our waitress was sweet, spunky and working her tail off! Took a while to get waited on and food served. They really need another waitress!! I miss the waitress with the long hair and ponytail. Nikki, I believe! Anyway, love this little diner! I LOVE Centre Street Cafe. They have a large menu, and all of the food is always delicious. The staff is super friendly. Today, I was waiting for a to-go order - they were super busy and I waited for only an extra 5 minutes probably. The cashier apologized for the wait (which wasn't a big deal at all!) and offered a free cookie on my way out, which was super nice. I just wish they were open on weekends as well. One of the greatest places to eat in TC, for sure.
