I visited the café in October 2025 and had a very good experience. The service was a bit slow, but that’s reasonable given the prices. People in Ukraine are paid very low wages, so expecting luxury-level service at budget prices isn’t realistic. If you want five-star service, pay five-star prices. Some of the negative reviews seem unfair — I know plenty of places in the UK that charge far more and provide much poorer service.
