I had the pleasure of visiting the Cervinia restaurant recently on the recommendation of a friend and had a very positive experience. My dinner started with a tuna and avocado tartare, which was simply divine. The tuna was very fresh and the avocado added that perfect creamy note to the dish. I also ate four fresh oysters, which I normally only choose in restaurants where the quality is high. As a main course, I chose tonnarelli cacio e pepe with red prawns and pistachio. The fresh red prawns and the touch of pistachio made the dish TOP, with the right mix of flavours. The environment is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff was quick and kind. Andrea, the owner, was super helpful and recommended we come back to try their selection of meat and truffles. Furthermore, I had the "privilege" of tasting a homemade dessert made by the chef, the trifle: I love trifle! I liked knowing that the restaurant values "homemade" creations as well as "historic" recipes. For me, passion is everything within your work. P.S. The wine list is remarkable, there are also fine bottles from important vintages off the menu. I will be back 100%, thanks to all of you!
