I think I just found my favorite Ceviche place. The infusion of flavors is superb. As an appetizer I had Paella croquettes with a red pimento curry. It was delightful. As a main course the mixed Ceviche blends in incredibly all the flavors of the seafood while maintaining uniqueness in every bite. The salmon accompanied with mashed malanga was delicious. If you come, please try the drunken pudding. I have never had quite a dessert like that. I highly recommend this place. The service was great . My compliments to the chef.
