Ceylon Brew is easily one of Matara’s standout café spots, and a big part of that charm comes from its passionate owners, Mihiri and Tharani, who have clearly poured heart and soul into this place. Chicken & Cheese Burger Absolutely top-tier. The chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned, the cheese melts beautifully, and everything comes together in a fresh, soft bun. It’s filling without being heavy, and every bite tastes well thought out. Definitely one of the best burgers in town. Chocolate Milkshake Rich, creamy, and indulgent without being overly sweet. You can tell it’s made with quality ingredients — smooth texture, deep chocolate flavor, and perfectly balanced. A perfect match for the burger. Overall Experience From the warm, welcoming vibe to the consistently good food and drinks, Ceylon Brew delivers quality and comfort. Mihiri and Tharani have created a café that feels both professional and personal — a place you’ll want to return to.
