Boba is decent and quick but the food always takes forever to arrive.

Hi Em, Our food is made to order and fresh for each guest. We appreciate your feedback and do our best to accommodate the needs of each guest especially for our lunch service. If you’d like to save on time, you can always order food and drinks online ahead for pick-up in-person or delivery at chacommunity.com and that will save you time when you come in to our cafes!

Cha Community never misses! Their matcha is consistently so good: smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced every single time. My go-to orders are the ube matcha, pandan matcha, and strawberry matcha, and each one is always delicious. You can tell they really care about quality and flavor. On top of that, the service is amazing—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!
