Best biriyani in seattle area, period. Both paneer 65 and mixed veg 65 biriyani are consistently quite flavorful. They also offer family pack that is super convenient when having friends over. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I had a fantastic vegetarian feast at this restaurant Bothell Chaat House! I ordered this Vegetarian Thali which was a perfect mix of flavors and textures, with a variety of dishes that felt like a complete meal. This Indian sweet Jalebi was a sweet and crispy treat that melted in the mouth—absolutely delightful. The steam cooked Podi Idly was soft and coated with a flavorful spice mix, a unique and tasty twist on a classic. The Cole Bhature stole the show with its fluffy, perfectly fried Bhature and the spicy, tangy Chole (Chickpea curry). Overall, the meal was satisfying, and I’d love to go back to try more!
