We had seen people online raving about the amazing food and staff at Chabuca and last night we found out why, this place is incredible! The drinks, the food, the people, it is all incredible and we will be back for sure. If you are in Orlando, make sure to stop and enjoy it all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this restaurant in a large group on a Saturday—there were about 12 of us—and the place had come highly recommended by a friend. We ordered various types of ceviche, *chicharrón de pollo*, grilled octopus, and other traditional dishes; everything was absolutely delicious, as were the fresh-squeezed juices. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and ensure we were well treated, displaying great attentiveness and kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you have never tried Peruvian cuisine before; it is truly one of the best Peruvian restaurants I have ever visited, and the staff remained very attentive throughout our entire visit. Found this amazing Peruvian restaurant only about an 8-minute drive from Orlando Airport. The ambiance is really nice and welcoming. For appetizers, we ordered the Causa Limeña Acevichada — fish ceviche with potato dough. It’s kind of like a potato salad with sashimi, and once you pour the sauce on top, wow it ties the whole dish together perfectly. The half chicken was incredible — super juicy, not dry at all, and very flavorful. The Lomo Saltado a lo pobre was cooked just right; the beef loin wasn’t overcooked, and the sauce with the entire plate was absolutely delicious. Now let me talk about the mango juice — THE BOMB!!! I’ve had mango juice in so many places, and this one tops them all. The flavor is amazing, and the size is like woahhh!!! Make sure Katherine makes it for you — she was our server, and she was great. Super friendly, very attentive, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to order. She also made my mango juice, and I was beyond happy with it! I’m not from the area, but I was told they’re opening another CHABUCA location in Avalon Park, which is exciting. Definitely coming back when I’m in town again!
