This was honestly the best ramen I’ve had in Japan It’s a really small and intimate spot where everything is vegan and cooked by the owner himself. He is so kind and welcoming and you can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s making The ramen is incredible. So rich and full of flavour and actually really filling. My partner isn’t even vegan and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was It’s also very well priced which makes it even better I would go back in a heartbeat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re looking for an intimate and cosy little spot for ramen I can’t recommend Chabuzen highly enough! Delicious vegan ramen and the man running the shop is really friendly and accommodating. It’s hard to find an authentic food experience being vegan and travelling but Chabuzen had that in abundance (especially the story behind the shop that’s written at the back of the menus) — will definitely be coming back :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: As far as I’m aware everything is vegan!
