부산에 유명한 중식집들에서 경력을 쌓으신 주방장님께서 하는 곳이라해서 방문해봤는데 인테리어가 일단 완전 고급져서 넘 좋았어요. 아내와 코스요리 먹었는데 와 전채요리 닭고기 냉채부터 감칠맛 미쳤었어요. 해산물누룽지 수프는 몸을 따땃하게 해주고 유산슬은 탱탱한 새우부터 버섯등 재료가 살아있었어요 탕수육은 쫄깃쫄깃 소스도 딱 좋았고 볶음밥이랑 짜장까지 마무리 넘 좋았네요. 후식까지 챙겨주시니 입가심도 했어요. 화교주방 차차알 부민동 중식 맛집 인정 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
