Come lunchtime, the beast in my stomach begins to stir, and my wallet becomes subordinate to its' nearly carnal urges. Luckily, the gorgeous valkyries at Chachi's rose to the challenge. Too grand to be constrained to a plate, the Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich was crafted, nay, forged, in a manner unimaginable to lesser beings such as us, making a monolith of this meal, and goddesses of the women who fashioned it.
