Had dinner at Chaggal in the Windsor Arms, the food was great and the culture as well. As an appetizer, we had the Chicken Lollipops and Peking Duck Spring Rolls (both pictured) and for mains we had the Boneless Rideye and Mongolian Crispy Beef (both pictured). Not pictured is the Chagall Chocolate Cake. We had a few different drinks some of which are pictured, others aren’t. Highly recommend the restaurant! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had our anniversary dinner here with our two adult kids. The food, ambience, and service were all excellent. The steaks were exceptional and cooked to perfection; the tuna was tender and perfectly done; the desserts were delicious and wonderfully indulgent. The atmosphere is elegant and lovely. Ben was our server, and he was just terrific: attentive, and knowledgeable about the wine list as well as the food. Upscale kosher food comes with a premium, but we felt that Chagall's was very good value. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
