I am very disappointed with their service. I am writing this review while I am sitting in the cafe Chahrazad. I just want to Order a orange juice . I have asked 2 stuff members and both have told me that some one else will come to take the order . Than it took so long far a glass of fresh orange juice to arrive. Now I am looking around and waiting that I can make the payment. Absolutely Poor customer service . When I have asked about the manager. I have been informed they are running the business remotely.
