下野哲也(Shimono Tetsuya) is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly bartender who took great care of us. The cocktails and atmosphere are the best I've seen in Japan. This place is definitely worth your time and money! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
