This was our first visit to Champagne Tiger and we will definitely be back! For starters, I’m OBSESSED with the atmosphere. I love the modern take on the mid-century aesthetic. The space is thoughtfully decorated with plenty of natural light. We visited on Pasta and Piano Night, and though we didn’t partake in the pasta, the piano music was lovely and really enhanced the vibe. The food was delicious! We started with a half dozen oysters and the potato and leek soup. The soup was a stand out dish - tons of fresh herbs, and the capers added a nice bite. Our main courses consisted of Chicken Francese with Green Bean Almondine and a smash burger. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, featuring a well balanced sauce with just the right amount of acid. The drinks are great too, including their fresh lemonade, a great option for those embracing a sober streak. The staff was super welcoming and on top of their game. A glass never sat empty and finished plates were promptly bused. Our main server was very friendly and personable, and offered some great recommendations. I would highly recommend a visit to Champagne Tiger! We can’t wait to come back for Brunch! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

11 out of 10 - If you need a ZAP of light, kindness , and warm supportive energy in your life, this is the stop for you!!! This July 4th I strolled into Champagne Tiger with a friend for a yoga session - hosted by Gabe, and he made it such a friendly, tentative experience that anyone looking to crawl back out from under their rock and plug back into the world doing something nice for themselves would land here comfortably - ZERO JUDGEMENT environment After hearing how well curated their food and beverage program is, we decided to stay for brunch, where the Owner and GM Chris delightfully and promptly seated us at the bar, tended by Taylor and Ali. These two shared how wonderful their work environment and experience has been in their time at this establishment, which is always a major green flag for a dining experience. Taylor has been there since the opening, serving extremely well balanced cocktails, and Ali was a newbie looking forward to her journey working on this team. They were so fun to banter with while dining! DO NOT MISS HAVING THE QUICHÉ. It was SO Out Of This World it had my mouth literally squirting (I gleeked )!! We also shared the yogurt parfait, which had a fresh surprise of mint, and a side of the dreamiest mortadella in town. After eating, we were lucky enough to catch Chef Josh popping up behind the bar - he kindly asked how everything was, and WOW he is extremely well versed in his craft at such a surprising young age My heart and soul AND belly felt completely content leaving this ABSOLUTE GEM of a space. I look forward to enjoying many more experiences offered here at Champagne Tiger, including drag bingo this Thursday Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Such a welcoming environment and great atmosphere altogether. I can’t speak highly enough about our server Logan! He helped us navigate the menu and recommended the martini “slippery when wet” and it was DELICIOUS! My meal was so full of flavor and perfectly cooked. 10/10 recommend overall you will not regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
