5 Stars - Finally, a place where I can hear myself think (mostly because no one else is there) Came in for a gift basket. Stayed for a glass of wine and the deafening sound of absolutely nothing. Listen, I know it’s terrible for business, but there was only one other couple there. It was gloriously empty. Relaxing. I could actually finish a thought without someone’s bachelorette party screaming “woooo!” into my ear canal. The bartender? Knowledgeable and well-dressed. Probably because he had all the time in the world to research suits and wine regions with zero customers to distract him. Quiet, calm, Napa-Sonoma vibes with elegance—assuming Napa had a “Hollywood lounge deco” fever dream and forgot to invite the crowds. I suspect I had a very different experience than the chaotic, all-you-can-drink-mimosa brunch days. You know, the ones that actually keep the lights on. Sorry about that. But I loved the unique art. Got home and tried the strawberry chocolate. Smooth, creamy, and the strawberry wasn’t oversaturated—unlike my guilt for enjoying a business’s slow Wednesday. Can’t wait to come back for brunch. Absolutely amazing experience at Champagne and Chocolate today! The atmosphere was beautiful, the champagne and chocolate pairings were delicious, and everything was organized so well. The event felt elegant, welcoming, and fun from start to finish. The staff and organizers were incredibly friendly and made the experience feel special. It was the perfect mix of relaxing, social, and memorable. Highly recommend attending if you get the chance — I’ll definitely be back for the next one! I had an amazing time at Champagne & Chocolate, and a huge shoutout goes to Ivan and Diana for making the experience top-notch. Ivan is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve come across—his drinks are crafted to perfection, and he has a way of making you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time there. The attention to detail and the balance in every cocktail? Spot on. And then there’s Diana—she’s exactly what you want in a server. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. She knows the menu inside and out and gave fantastic recommendations that did not disappoint. Between the incredible service from these two and the overall vibe of the place, it’s safe to say this spot has become a new favorite. If you go, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Ivan or grab a table in Diana’s section—you won’t regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
