If I could give zero stars I would! On 3/14/2020, my friend and I met there for lunch at the Irving, TX location. We both ordered the same exact thing, chips and queso as well loaded potato skins. Well my friend noticed something brown under her Tortilla chips. Well when she moved her chips, she seen a dead cockroach! She almost threw up! We didn’t have to pay for our meals, but that’s besides the point! DO NOT eat here!!

Any time a bunch of industrial salespeople get together, there is an opportunity for disaster. The staff at Champps was great! I made a request to have a couple things ready when everyone showed up, and it was perfectly timed. Our server, unfortunately I don’t remember his name and it isn’t on the receipt, but he was perfectly attentive, not intrusive. This is the first time I’ve done a customer lunch at Champps, but it will not be the last. Fantastic Job today!
