Chan Chan is one of the coolest dive bars in Quito. It’s relaxed, unpretentious, and full of personality. The cocktails are well made, the music is great, and the vibe feels very local. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned. We loved that it doesn’t try to be fancy — just good drinks, good energy, and a mix of locals and travelers.
