No poker Room, no black Jack Table, mostly Slots and VLTs, Went to the Resteraunt, had to request to be Served, once served, the Food was decent, but the wait during a Non Busy time wasn't needed.

Ordered fish and chips and the fish came not cooked properly. It was white in colour and had water on the outside of it. The fish was soggy so we heated it to brown the outside. The lemon piece that was in It was black down the middle and I called to tell them about it. When I spoke to the lady in charge at the Lounge she said that I complained too much because I had to complained before about the same things. I asked her how many times and what dates I had complained because I recall two complaints before. She told me that two years ago I had complained about fettuccine. The fettuccine complaint was in fact their mistake because they had forgotten part of our order, a gravy, and in the time it took us to go get the gravy the fettuccine had gotten cold and was no longer edible as you can’t reheat fettuccine. So that complaint was based on their mistake, particularly the person that I spoke to today. And I was told that I had complained numerous times about the fish and chips. I told her the complaint was the same and why wasn’t it fixed? Finally I asked her why I should buy from them again and she said you don’t have to just bring it back and we will refund you and you won’t have to buy here again. Essentially, I was told if they couldn’t do it right and I had a complaint about it to go elsewhere. So this is what I intend to do not buy from chances again and not recommend their restaurant to anybody I know. They do have the best french fries, but I will have to sacrifice that for the lack of customer satisfaction, exhibited by the management of this restaurant. So in closing of this review, I would recommend that if any of you buy from them, check your order before you leave because you might be disappointed when you get home.
