I got the Dan Dan noodles and added extra beef slices, and the whole meal was fantastic. The texture of the noodles was exactly what you want- perfectly bouncy with zero clumping, and they didn't have that heavy, floury taste. The topping was the highlight for me: it brought a great authentic kick of spice, but it was balanced enough that I could actually taste the whole dish without the chili burning my tastebuds out. Getting the extra beef was a great move; once I put it in the hot broth, the slices softened up and were super tender. Plus, getting a perfectly chilled drink in an individual glass bottle was a great touch. Will definitely be coming back!
