Matcha terrine 750¥ Matcha latte (Iced) 650¥ Chanoma, Ikebukuro, Tokyo The iced matcha latte was simple and refreshing, but the real highlight for me was definitely the matcha terrine The texture was thick, rich, and solid while still feeling smooth and soft in every bite. I seriously loved it. The only sad part is they don’t allow takeout, so you can only enjoy it inside the café. The café itself feels like a hidden gem in Tokyo The place is decorated like an old Japanese house where you take off your shoes and sit on tatami mats, giving such a cozy traditional atmosphere. I waited around an hour for these, which felt a bit long, but if you have time, I think it’s still worth trying. The cafe is super pretty, very vibey. Great for pictures! However, not much seating available inside, hence long waiting times! Would say the cakes are nice but i have had better matcha/ hojicha lattes elsewhere. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
