Not friendly, no website so I can see how to order, and hard to get them on the phone. Hopefully I’ll be impressed with the food, we shall see.

A friend and I visited Chan's last week for dinner at their new location. She liked it when she had visited a few months earlier and I said I would give it a try. I first asked for diet soda (Coke or Pepsi, I'd take either) and she told me she didn't know if they carried diet. It's right on their menu. When the food arrived it tasted like plastic. I had ordered a combo with Egg Foo Young, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Pork Fried Rice. The rice was the only thing that didn't taste like plastic. We told the waitresses but neither of them offered any concern. We left frustrated and said we wouldn't return. The kicker is that we were both up all night sick. Sorry Chan's but this was not a good experience.
