Very disappointing becayse Chapter one books no longer exists-it is now called Mala and they are busy ripping out all the booky bits and have just left the tatty chic bits . They have different bars,food outlets and a cafe. These are quite nice, with real tree trunks indoors and faux plants. Coffee, tea options very good. We had a piece of pistachio tiramisu which was a good size and tasted quite nice. The staff were all pleasant. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I agree this place has lost its identity and charm! I used to love it. Now it's confusing, not quiet, it's not a great environment for work/studying etc It became just another food/bar/cafe place. Too bad.. And there are some charges that are not right while you have to pay only through the QR code. Won't be visiting again! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked for an extra hot matcha latte (through the app as that’s the only way of ordering now) and was given one that was room temperature. Also, the brownie was dry and small.
