I always wait until I’ve tried a takeaway more than once before reviewing, and now I think it’s time for my verdict on Chapter & Verse. I had a vegetable curry and it was absolutely delicious! The pilau rice was very tasty and slightly sweet. Everything was fresh. My wife had the roast beef with mash and Yorkshire pudding, and she said it was amazing — she rated it very highly as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating (although I’ve only ordered takeaways), but I’ve witnessed firsthand how attentive they are. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. 10/10!
