Charco Restaurante is pretty near Xingu Museum. Enjoy good kacamak, karbonade and cotechino this restaurant offers. It's time to degustate delicious wine. Guests don't highly appreciate cortado at Charco Restaurante.

Food delivery is a big plus of this place. A lot of people mention that the staff is friendly here. Visitors say that the service is spectacular here. As most reviewers state, this spot provides the beautiful decor. This restaurant received the Bib Gourmand award for good meals at moderate prices.

Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking.
Simple standard.

Despite its compact size, this restaurant in the Jardins district not far from Parque Trianon, is very welcoming with its small terrace and rustic-contemporary interior. Chef Tuca Mezzomo, a young gaucho from the Río Grande do Sul region, focuses on grill-based cuisine that showcases products and ingredients from different parts of Brazil... More info

Bad. I booked to celebrate my wedding anniversary and to my surprise there was no table. They asked to wait half an hour. Absurd. Manager Mariana is arrogant and rude. Are you sure you responded to me saying that I had no empathy? How absurd. It's unbelievable that you still blame it on the customer who arrived before booking and was surprised that the table wasn't available. What's this about saying that employees were impacted by my attitude? I even praised the receptionist. Furthermore, “failures” have no crasis. Have pity. So much ignorance in general. Poor feedback received for the response. This is real proof of the arrogance I mentioned.

Due to the fact that our customers remained accommodated at opening, at 7pm, our table rotation did not occur as it usually does. As an inconvenience for you and your wife, we regret that we were unable to provide you with the Charco experience on this occasion, unfortunately. It is only worth highlighting in your comment that at no time were you mistreated or treated with arrogance by our management, who, when lamenting the misfortune and trying to give you some explanation for such a delay, was hostilely interrupted by Your Excellency, who was not actually looking for a solution to the issue, but only to impose and reaffirm its, it stands out again, due dissatisfaction. Upon his departure, our customers who witnessed the incident were impacted by the scene, and witnessed the fruitless attempted conversation that took place not only with management, but also with our receptionist. We are subject to failures, even though we work tirelessly to prevent them from happening, so some empathy in situations like this would be greatly appreciated. Once again our sincere apologies.More

Excellent service. Small atmosphere, I suggest booking. Chuleta, which is one of the restaurant's flagship dishes, is wonderful. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Charco Restaurante last week as part of a large group and it was absolutely brilliant. All of the food was delicious, but the goats cheese starter, wagyu beef and the smoked rib all deserve a special mention, as do all the deserts. Aside from the food, the service was warm, attentive and thoughtful — both in the process of making our reservation and on the day. The team there accommodated various pre-booking requests, made well-considered recommendations as we made our way through the a la carte menu, and thankfully spoke to us in fantastic English, all of which made for a really smooth experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is nicely lit, has a charming, welcoming air and provides a lovely backdrop from a great dining experience. For large groups, the private space upstairs is undoubtedly a bonus. Given the restaurant has received a Bib Gourmand and featured in a “50 Best” list for South America, I had high hopes before eating there, but it somehow still managed to beat expectations! The quality of the food and service far exceeds the very reasonable prices, and it was undoubtedly the best food we had while in Brazil. Perhaps the clearest evidence of how much we enjoyed the experience is that — only two days later — we went back for a second visit!
