Disgusted by the service I got from charcoal grill today. I ordered 4 meals and he charged me £4 separate for sauces and salad that was just lettuce. Outraged is an understatement. They wouldnt give me a receipt for my order so i couldnt see a breakdown of the charges. The staff have no manners and are so arrogant. No customer service skills at all. Even though your a paying customer they are very rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are disgraced at this false review trying to give our a business a false image. Our customers are our number one priority and we would never treat our customers like this. What really happened was, you took 6 tubs of sauces separate and took the salad separate, which of course we are going to charge for. Also, you didn’t ask for a receipt. Your husband called up later on and I explained this to him and he agreed with it and turned the phone off. There is no reason for us to be arrogant or rude.
