After 30 minutes of waiting for our food (no other customers in attendance), my mother asked the waiter if our appetizer is coming. Waiter says he never placed the order. My mother asks if we could cancel (we're starving waited long enough) and pay for the water bottle only. Owners show up aggressively insisting we stay as our food is ready to serve. Look at the food I ordered from their kitchen whole fish was not fried as asked just BONES. We walk out, waiter chases us down the street (almost 5 miles) to get the money for the water (after he said we don't have to pay after my mother offered to pay for it) then comes the owners in their scooter. Turns into an HOUR long dispute. They begin recording us, taunting us all the way down to the ferry entrance, called us the worst possible names, the husband PUSHED MY MOTHER twice and SPIT ON ME!!! He raised his hands up at me several times as if he was going to hit me! DISGUSTING, TRASH, UNEDUCATED, UNPROFESSIONAL corrupted police got involved they took their side even said we are required to pay for the food even if we didn't eat it threatened to pay up or my mother could spend 36 hours in jail! Longest review I've ever done be careful where you go to anywhere in MX!
Después de 30 minutos de espera por nuestra comida (no asistieron otros clientes), mi madre le preguntó al camarero si llegaría nuestro aperitivo. El camarero dice que nunca hizo el pedido. Mi madre pregunta si podemos cancelar (nos morimos de hambre y esperamos lo suficiente) y pagar solo la botella de agua. Los propietarios aparecen agresivamente insistiendo en que nos quedemos mientras nuestra comida está lista para servir. Mire la comida que pedí en su cocina, el pescado entero no estaba frito como lo pedí, solo HUESOS. Salimos, el camarero nos persigue por la calle (casi 5 cuadras) para conseguir el dinero para el agua (después de que dijo que no teníamos que pagar después de que mi madre se ofreció a pagarla) y luego vienen los dueños en su scooter. Se convierte en una disputa de una HORA. ¡¡¡Comienzan a grabarnos, burlándose de nosotros hasta la entrada del ferry, nos insultan con los peores nombres posibles, el marido EMPUJÓ A MI MADRE dos veces y ME ESCUPIÓ!!! ¡Levantó las manos hacia mí varias veces como si fuera a golpearme! ASQUEROSO, BASURA, SIN EDUCACIÓN, NO PROFESIONAL La policía corrupta se involucró, se pusieron de su lado, incluso dijeron que debíamos pagar la comida, incluso si no la comíamos, ¡amenazó con pagar o mi madre podría pasar 36 horas en la cárcel!
