We had such a lovely experience at The Charles Dickens! The food was absolutely beautiful, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. A special thank you to Caitlyn and Talluah, who were both so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request we had was met with a smile. We absolutely love the garlic butter sauce, and they were more than happy to bring us extra with our mains, which was a lovely touch! We felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend. We’ll be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A great pub/restaurant with a fantastic view across Viking Bay, Broadstairs. We had an excellent Sunday Roast dinner. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The roast beef and pork was nicely cooked and well presented. All our party received their meal in a very reasonable timeframe. The Head Chef even came out of the kitchen to check that we were satisfied with the meal. Overall a great experience and I recommend this restaurant for a family gathering.
