I’ve visited this place several times, but unfortunately the service has consistently been poor. The food is decent, but the staff’s unwelcoming attitude makes the overall experience disappointing. Because of the service, I would hesitate to spend my money here again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Im not a big complainer, but On 8/4/26 the 3 gentleman that worked in the evening need to be reviewed. Neither of the gentlemen seemed to have any pace about their actions. There was alot of in between talking. In my 20 min there I seen 2 orders called out incorrectly, including mine. Which to the latter, when I attempted to ensure that the sandwich I ordered (which is the same I order at all Charley Restaurants) was in fact the meat I ordered, I was then described to the type of sandwiches that Charleys has to offer in a very condescending manner by one of the other employees. Although I'm well aware of the sandwich, because I was specifically asked about my order, and because the cooked seemed to have mixed them up, I attempted to confirm in a pleasant and understanding way which sandwich he was making for me. Outside of my own interaction, although there were only about 4 other people waiting (not particularly busy like other restaurants) I witnessed another patron experience a mix up, only to not recieve any apologies or sense of urgency to making the orders. In the airport there are all type of travelers, many who are trying to grab a quick bite and make their plane timely. There seemed to be no concern of time, or interest in providing a top line customer service experience for any of the patrons. Although I did also witness cat calls to women walking past. Interestingly I see other complaints on here and see a picture of the same gentlemen that I had the back and forth with about the types of sandwiches to order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
