Rough start- the man at the register was very rude. The place is dirty looking and worn down. The walls are dirty and equipment broken. Pipes sticking out everywhere. Also, there was hardly any meat on the sandwiches. You’re paying for crusty, dry bread with little filling. Flies all around us inside. At least clean up the store and have a smiling face to greet people. Not the vibe at all. Won’t be back at this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service from the man at the register was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke very fast and so quietly that it was almost impossible to understand him, and he did so with a clear bad attitude. This made the interaction very uncomfortable. I do understand English, but when someone speaks in a low voice, rushed, and without any effort to communicate properly, it creates a frustrating experience for the customer. The only reason the situation was manageable is because a young woman noticed what was happening and kindly helped translate. She was the only one who provided good customer service. I am leaving one star solely because of the discomfort caused by this employee. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
