This place has so much potential. The logistics are fantastic. One person grilling, the other assembling, whoever came up with that prep game plan is smart. However, the steak is very under seasoned. It should be a flavor bomb. Put together some kitchen pepper like what goes on a chopped cheese. The bread turns to glue with the slightest moisture. Impossible to pick up, had to use a fork which is sad. I’d prefer less ingredients if it means that bread will hold together, but you could also get less doughy white bread rolls. Steak and Cheese with whiz and toppings a la carte should be your headliner sandwich. Not the provolone with peppers and mushrooms and whatever else causes the bread to turn to liquid. Your second runner up should basically be whopper ingredients but with steak. You’d sell so much more than your current line up. Do a french fry bowl with steak and toppings. Maybe some cheese curd as well? Dont get too fancy with chicken and turkey, you’ll do better with basic comfort food levels of flavor.

Hey Charleys if you’re going to advertise nice big colorful subs do me a favor and make them kinda look like them in the pictures old school cheesesteak looked OLD. Never again Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1
