We were excited to order and eat from here and ordered curbside pickup, but it took 45 min for us to get our order. We waited and called the number on the sign multiple times for it to only be screened. Then after 45 min an employee came out to our and asked “if we needed anything” to which we said yes our order. This location was not busy in any way shape or form so a wait like this doesn’t make any sense. It was our first time trying here but due to this experience I don’t think we’ll be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would give this shop zero stars if I could. Walked in the place was empty inside only two staff members were visible inside yet no one greeted or acknowledged us at all. The floor was littered with trash which is gross to look at. Ended up walking out without ordering anything because I guess they were too busy with a car in drive thru that pulled up after we were already inside waiting for an employee to take our order. The lack of professionalism is enough to keep me from ever coming back to this specific Charlie's.
