At exactly 12pm on 5-27, I got the crave for a sandwich and I went to Charlys, food was phenomenal and if not better with the amazing people staffing it. You got to try the bacon/cheese fries they serve. Absolutely to die for. 100000/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I miss the old owners. I was sold some time ago, my wife and I have ate here a few times since. This last time was the worst. The person taking orders barely spoke English took me four times of saying the order for them to get it. The meat was cooked at too low of a temperature so it was soggy. They changed the seasoning or didn't use seasoning. The meat didn't even cover the bun. This place is awful. They also added wings and stuff which they wouldn't have needed to do had they just properly stayed with the already successful business model. I predict this business will fail soon.
