See Kobe Doll Museum by default, the guests' piece of advice is to visit this restaurant as well. Search through the Italian and Spanish menu. Ordering nicely cooked paella is a nice experience here.

The terrific staff welcomes people all year round. The nice service is a big plus of Charlie. Come here for the pretty atmosphere. But many guests who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.
