My favorite boudin place of all time! I've been eating their boudin since they first opened on Berard Street in the late 90's/early 2000's. Also, Mr. Charlie is a great guy. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Homemade Boudin

I come for the boudin and for Charlie t's seasoning mix. According to the employee that I talked to, they do not put organ meats in their boudin so it's a bit non-traditional. She said they use ground sirloin. I prefer to have a bit of liver in my boudin but Charlie t's is still very good because it's the best season boudin i have had. It's worth coming here for the seasoning mix alone. It's the best. The only other thing I ever get here is fried liver and fried gizzards which are both pretty good. I can't speak to the other food as I've never tried it. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
