Well. Not sure where to start. Asked for med rare crab on side (allergies) . First steak. Med to well side of things. They were great and refired . The second came with crab on top. I told manager thanks but I can’t have .... she asked me if it was ok if the just scrape it off ?? Like wtf. Refired 3 comped bill for steak and I got to take a 3rd home while the rest of my family ate. Just cut open into the third and it is more well done then the first. Waiter was awesome about the whole thing . Me .... wow is all I have to say. I’m Canadian and the Keg all the way. Also have video of me cutting into 3rd steak .

We are in town on a business trip. have never been here before. The hotel concierge recommended Charlie's Steakhouse What a great place! Very attentive, knowledgable, server. Wonderfully prepared steak. My husband and I shared an entree and still couldn't finish the entire meal. Terrific value.
