Super cute and cozy atmosphere. I ordered a panini and caramel machiatto with almond milk and it was . Staff was very friendly and service was quick despite how busy it was. I was in town for a conference so I expected a long wait and was surprised at how fast I received my order. There was space for groups and even a booth for someone like me who was eating solo. I highly recommend! Honestly, I went back the next day as well and wasn't surprised to see more colleagues from the conference. We absolutely love Charlotte's Coffee House! We come into the Dubuque area once a year, and this is our second year stopping by Charlotte's. I ordered their biscuits and gravy. It was the best that I've ever had - hands down. The coffee is also fabulous. Delectable food and coffee, perfect atmosphere, and wonderfully friendly staff! I couldn't recommend it more.
