We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at Charlottes's Tea Room for a Baby Shower! It was a perfect setting with tea, sandwiches and delicious desserts! The blueberry scones were a real treat!. The servers were attentive and pleasant. The guests loved the welcoming, atmosphere and were delighted to step into this magical setting! Charlotte's has such character and atmosphere! It's one of Warwick's unique treasures! Thanks to Joanne and her staff for this wonderful experience!!

I'm really really trying not to write anything negative. But it's hard to write anything positive. I think a few details are being missed. It's cute and everything, and I went with my wife intentionally. Being avid tea drinkers, we thought it would be super cute, it was OK at best. The deserts beat out any food there by far. I'm all for international flavors and trying something new, but Blinn and tasteless is not really appealing. And yet they wanted to be voted the best teahouse in the county. You really need to step it up quite a bit. Perhaps clean off some of the shelves, get rid of some of the cobwebs and dust and perhaps get a paint brush in there. the service was slacking, it seem like there was only one person there doing everything. And it showed. Definitely not a great experience, unfortunately. I was just traveling through, so I severely doubt that I'll be trying it again.

I could go on and on and on for days about this amazing little tea room from my hometown in Warwick, NY Charlotte's Tea Room... they are like family! Been going there for years and love every little bit of it! Joanne and the rest of the family make us feel comfortable and the food is amazing! If you haven't been there, please try it out and support this local business-- PS the chicken pot pie is amazing
