Charly Su

Charly Su is a sushi restaurant located on Doctor Osorio in Curicó, distinguished by its apparent commitment to quality and attention to detail. Past visitors have remarked positively on the delicious quality of sushi and hand rolls, noting a surprising blend of taste and attentiveness in service. As such, Charly Su earned favor among some customers as their local sushi go-to, where even the meticulous preparation process itself is an experience. However, these impressions were recorded years ago, and updated feedback and information from the restaurant seem unavailable.

The restaurant operates Monday evenings starting at 6 PM and follows more extensive hours from Tuesday to Saturday, including both lunch and evening service. However, despite these consistent operating hours over the years, Charly Su remains sparsely represented in popular restaurant directories, with a minimal presence limited to Facebook. Consequently, it may be challenging to glean insights or keep tabs on any recent changes or promotions directly through official channels. Potential visitors might find it worth a visit based on legacy recommendations, while those seeking fresh insights may need to engage directly to learn more about current offerings and experiences.
