Japanese side dish bread! That's what it feels like. We especially recommend the cutlet sandwich, which has an irresistibly soft dough and is stuffed with cutlets on fluffy bread. [Added] Sorry, I was licking Charmant. I heard from the owner of a restaurant I frequent in Kiyosumi that they use Charmant baguettes. . There was definitely a baguette (quietly)! blind spot.
