We stopped in Beaumont for brunch after a visit in Edmonton. What a beautiful ode to the community and to good food. No detail was left behind in the menu or space. Chartier have all the classic dishes you know and love, but put their own spin on them with really unique flavour combinations. Don’t skip this place — the rave reviews are well deserved! A shout-out to Karl, who struck that perfect balance of being attentive while giving us space to enjoy the meal. His enthusiasm and genuine personality really stood out.
