Restaurant Chartier in English. Charming little French place, reputedly the chef trained in France. More of a Provençal style, seafood and some eclectic dishes. Great decor of wine bottles back to the 70s, great service and extremely cheap prices for the quality of the food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
