Try good soufflés, apple pie and fruitcake. Delicious wine or good martinis are what may make you come back to Chasters. Check out great coffee.

Quite simply one of the best dining experiences in a long time. The atmosphere and history of this place were amazing. The culinary team attended to every detail. I had a lovely dinner here a few days ago. It was my third time to Chasters Restaurant and it was absolutely superb again! It was a special offering four course meal for Valentine's day with my own selections and each course was outstanding. The care taken to present each dish beautifully and the top quality of ingredients is unrivalled here on the Sunshine Coast. The delectable potato/leek soup, the beet salad with goat cheese and the 'melt in your mouth' roasted duck breast for my main course was excellent. (I had the roasted lamb chops my last visit and they too were remarkable). The dessert trio was the perfect end to the meal. The service was terrific as well making this another special and enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend Chasters for a memorable dinner for two or when your friends and family visit wanting an evening of fine dining. You will not be disappointed!!
