Not food related but my son got lost trying to walk home last night he’s (15) after only living in Sheffield a few months. His battery had died it was after 23.00pm at night he’d walk for an hour in wrong direction. He’d ask people for help and nobody did until he got to your takeaway. You let him charge his phone, give him free food and drink. And allowed him to wait until 1.00am when my husband got to him. He was very scared and worried. And you made him feel better in a distressing time. Thank you so very much for your kindness. Love Emily Keenan and my boy Lewis Ryan

After waiting over 1 hour for delivery.... The order was incorrect so called to get it corrected...
After being told to wait 20 mins while the lady called her boss to see what she can do we wasnt willing to wait another 20mins... Then saying they will send the order out correct in another hour....Again not acceptable this would of made the order over 2 hours from original order time.....The lady answering the phone became very rude stating it wasnt her problem and being argumentative with me....I'm sorry but you got the order wrong not me.....Rubbish customer service...Rubbish attitude...Now got a cold Pizza that isn't correct....
We understand your busy...We understand mistakes happen WE DONT UNDERSTAND YOUR DESK GIRLS POOR ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS....
