Clients don't like fish at this restaurant. According to the guests' opinions, the staff can be gracious. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Facebook gives Chateau Rose the deserved score of 4.4 stars.

To begin, the "old fashioned" didn't follow the recipe for this cocktail in any sense, the onion soup was ok for a lower category restaurant, but It left to much to desired for this one. In the main course, the quality of the cut of the meat used for the new york strip loin was of very low quality, the risotto hadn't any flavor and it seemed undercooked, in addition the sauteed black fin tuna wasn't well prepared and too much salty. At the end, we had "crepes suzette" and classic chocolate marquise with strawberry and cocoa powder for dessert, both was ok but not great or amazing so neither of all courses improved our whole bad experience.
On the other hand, we appreciate the high quality of service given, the amazing view to the sea, the dishes presentation of the dishes that were perfect. It could have been a bad day in the kitchen, but unfortunately we wouldn't try it again or recommend it.
