I have been coming to your house 2 to 3 times a year for 10 years. The dishes have always been superb. But today you just lost a customer forever, I will never bring friends and family back to your house. For what ? First the person who served us arrives at the table and says "have you chosen your dishes? Because I'm in a hurry, 3 tables are waiting" seriously? In a quality establishment, do you allow yourself to say that to customers? Well, recruit a server in this case... And at the end, I came across the back of my head as I arrived at the cash register... There were 3 of us, as always we had the 2 bottles of wine included in the menu (so we paid for them) we drank a whole one and started the other (only one glass) I avoided drinking because I drive. So I take the bottle (which once again, I paid for, €55/person). And I'm told I'm not allowed to take it!?! But I paid for it... And since June 14, 2013 you cannot refuse to take a wine bag, just like doggy bags. The boss tells me that they are collecting the bottles!? So who's telling me, since it's your wine, that you don't also collect the wine to re-cork it with screw caps?! But he doesn't want to get angry and if I really want it I can take it.... So it's you who are doing me a favor by letting me take something that I paid for!!!! On the other hand, if we don't have any wine at all, you won't lower the price of the menu by a single cent... So thank you, for a simple bottle for 2€ (which I paid) you have just lost me, I will go to Palaja or something. But certainly not at your place. Service: 1 Location: 5

Restaurant: very disappointed with the cuisine, dish already ready and reheated. Frozen desserts, not homemade. The wine imposed in the formula was mediocre. I advise against
