After a long walk around Senoptium, go to this confectionary restaurant and have a rest here. The cooks here prepare good strawberry shortcake. At this place people can delve deep into delicious meals, and order perfectly cooked profiteroles, creamy cakes and chocolate custard. You will be offered delicious latte or great matcha.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from your staff. During my visit, I experienced extremely poor customer service. The staff displayed a bad attitude, appeared lazy in carrying out their duties, and were not willing to assist customers in a professional manner. What was most disappointing was that some of the information provided by the staff was misleading and untruthful, which caused confusion and frustration. In addition, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before receiving assistance. Despite seeing staff available, there was little effort made to attend to customers promptly. This lack of efficiency and concern for customers' time reflects poorly on your organization's standards of service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these basic expectations. I hope you will investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve staff conduct, customer service standards, and response times. I would appreciate your attention to this complaint and look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

If this Japanese apple pie were sold in Japan, it would be thrown into the rubbish bin right after coming out of the oven.
