Chateraise here is really bad at customer service .... I always go to stores in the Odawara area, and they always serve me politely. However, when I visited this store for souvenirs a few days ago, I was shocked by the difference in quality of the staff. Haven't you been trained? I feel very sick with the handling of cash register compatible products that I want to say. Now I know why this place is always empty.
