Wanted to recognize the amazing customer service that my co worker and I received at Chatime in Castleton Square Mall by a gentlemen named "Casey". You could tell that he knew all his material about the company and the menu. He took pride in his work, and it showed through his smile, service, and overall demeanor. Most importantly he took the time to genuinely listen to what we wanted. We were out of our home state at a work conference in downtown Indianapolis. I am personally a fan of bubble tea and chose to introduce my co worker. She is now hooked. Not only did we visit once during the week, but we made sure to stop by before getting on the road for our half day trip back to our state :) Thank you.
