Convenient location, friendly staff but average drinks. Compared to the other locations, the drinks here taste different (not as fresh, softer pearls/watered down).

Price is high for what it is. Large milk tea, with pearls, regular ice, 30% sugar should be $5. I have a new rule, no free bag [when I buy 4 drinks] = no tip
